Day Bus Trip to Schuss Mountain
and Short's Brewery!

Typical trip details:
Join us for a DAY bus trip to Schuss Mountain Ski Resort. It seems that our members still like going to dinner at Short’s Brewery so we will stop there as well for dinner. The bus will leave from the Oakland and I-94 park and ride at 6:00am and will leave Schuss Mountain at 4:30pm with dinner at Short’s Brewery in Bellaire MI.
Muffins, fruit, yogurt and such, will be served for breakfast on the way up and is included in your bus fare. Lunch is on your own. Because of the stop at Short’s Brewery, your dinner costs are on your own.
This is open to adults and families, members and NON-members!!!!. All you have to do is board the bus, enjoy some fun with other trip goers and board the bus again at the end of the day. Leave all the driving to the professional bus driver!!!
If downhill is not your thing, then check out the Nordic Center at Schuss Village. They have 28km (17 miles) of groomed, track-set trails crisscross the three villages of the resort to create a “village-to-village” experience and a beautiful setting. If Nordic skiing isn’t your thing, there is a 3km(less the 2 miles) groomed multi-purpose trail at Schuss Village designated for fat tire biking and snowshoeing. The club has separated the membership form from the trip waiver form. We now need to have a wavier form for each person going on a ski trip regardless of age.
