WINTER PARK RESORT-SPRING BREAK

Club Trip Share option.

For those of you who were not at the General meeting. Here is the info that was furnished to those in attendance, if you are wanting to go to Winter Park in 2026.

​

Due to the fact that the trip attendance numbers have gotten lower over the last couple of years due to several reasons. But, also the un-availability this year to have a volunteer step forward to organize, manage and run the trip, this option has been offered, so here are the details.

​

The Schussmeister Ski and Board Club out of Flint, are going to Winter Park. Flying out of Detroit.  Dates are March 29th to April  3rd,  2026  Their Spring Break period. There are quite a few teachers on the trip and that is why the dates are as such.

Lodging is Zephyr Mountain Lodge,  by the gondola in Winter Park Village.   The bus from the airport will stop at a grocery for an hour, on the way to WP so groceries can be bought.

Four days of skiing, 5 nights condo lodging, = $1420 plus air estimate about $490.00.  Club membership is included in the price I was told.  There is also a food voucher of $15.00 per day.
