Trip sign-ups are officially open!

At the General Meeting in March, we officially opened the sign-ups for this trip. Because this is our first time locking in a location so early, there were concerns that the trip was full. It is not!!!!

 

In order to secure your place on the trip a $200 deposit is required. Not until the trip chairs have received that, do you have a spot on the trip. Make payable to BCSC and mail to:

You must be a BCSC member at the time of deposit. Your renewal for your membership is due at the September General Meeting or your deposit may be returned and your spot no longer secured.

 

We have increased the number of people that can go on this trip due to this heightened demand.

 

Please be aware that final pricing has not been determined because the airline pricing is not available yet. The Club has already reserved and made down payments for lodging.

Estimated pricing is $2700-3000/person
