Let's make it 35 people. Unused hotel rooms will be released 2/17/21
Need options in your ski adventures? Well this trip has them for you! You have 4 options on ways to join your club during this weekend. This is a "park-n-ride" weekend. No transportation is included.
You have 4 ways to join us:
Join us at Crystal for Saturday skiing and Mardi Gras festivities and then head back home
Ski Saturday at Crystal, Mardi Gras, stay at Days Inn-Wyndham in Cadillac, and head back Sunday
Ski Saturday at Crystal, Mardi Gras, stay at Days Inn-Wyndham in Cadillac, and ski Sunday at Caberfae Resort
Join us for the day on Sunday and ski at Caberfae Resort.
We will try and arrange park-n-ride options for people based on the options they choose, but note that there are a lot of moving parts to this trip so that might not be possible based on what you and others choose. Park-n-ride means: People will volunteer to drive, others will jump into those vehicles and then help the driver with gas money. If others want to meet in Battle Creek, for example, and ride up because its more convenient, then that is great too! Just let Michele know.
We will work on getting group rates for both Crystal and Caberfae resorts for the days noted above. These are not likely until September
Days Inn-Wyndham is $104/night + taxes. They have 2 queen beds, hot tub and indoor pool. We have blocked 10 rooms, under Battle Creek Ski Club.
Crystal Lift Tickets for 3/6 are 18-69 y.o. is $25/person; 70+ & 7/17 y.o is $18/person
Caberfae Lift Tickets for 3/7 are 18-64 y.o is $32/person; 65+ is $25/person; 9/17 y.o. is $28/person; 8 and younger is $5/person.
If you just come up for either of the day ski days, you DO NOT need to be a club member! So bring a friend and introduce them to the club.
All food is on your own Dime and Time!

TRIP PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We are working on the details for this; whether you will just pay the group rates negotiated directly or if you will pay the club. Stay tuned!
The club has separated the membership form from the trip waiver. We now need to have a waiver form for each person going on a ski trip, regardless of age.
